Want to learn more about the fundamentals of biomimicry? Interested in how to translate your biomimicry design idea to a marketable one? There are a series of upcoming online classes and webinars that can help you out.

For those of you who want to brush up on biomimicry basics, here's a great opportunity to do so in a fun way. The Minneapolis College of Art and Design is partnering with Canvas.net to offer a FREE, open online course entitled, Biomimicry: A Sustainable Design Methodology. The course will run from March 7-April 1, 2016. You can learn more about the course and register here.

Next, wondering how you can craft your BGDC innovation in a marketable way? Join the Biomimicry & Business webinar on either February 22 (7 PM PST) or February 26 (79 AM PST). During this webinar, Jacques Chirazi, Certified Biomimicry Professional and Clean Tech Program Manager for the City of San Diego, will help you and your team understand the market as an 'ecosystem' and give you some tools to help your innovation thrive. Register for either session here.

We want to support you! If you have an idea for a webinar that would be useful to you and your team as you go through the design challenge process, let us know at challenge@biomimicry.org.
