Climate change has actually caused extreme climate, while increasing temperature is the worst problem and we call it heatwave. Our annual average temperature is increasing. According to the research, in 2050, the annual average temperature is predicted to rise 2 degree to 3 degree Celsius.Research also shows that the high temperature has damage to human body. There are several case have happened around the world and two of the biggestare 2003 European heat wave and 2015 Indian heat wave. Therefore, we come up with a question how could we adapt to hot weather in our living space in a climate-friendly way?The TryAntCold is a new kind of the roof inspired by the hair of Saharan Silver Ant and shell of the desert snail. The TryAntCold is in a unique prism shape that can reflect the heat from the sunlight with three distinct phenomenon to cool down:1. Total internal reflection (TIR)2. Reflecting the electromagnetic spectrum, including the near-infrared (NIR)3. Thermal radiation We hope that the TryAntCold can bring some benefits to climate and human. We also make it flexible to make it be able to be used in different regions to help people adapt to hot weather and have a good live under the changing climate in a nature and climate-friendly way!
